We tailor the facilities you need as a turnkey start to operating your business with some exceptions.

Included is the use of your chosen room, our kitchen, reception and common area, secure high-speed internet, along with a website profile page, Dynamic Wellness Hub email account, and social media presence, along with use of Dynamic Wellness Hub’s Mindbody software and associated bank merchant fees. We also offer free cross-promotion of your services to our Dynamic Pilates clients whom reside in the surrounding suburbs and appreciate quality health services. Lastly, room rental rates also cover things like water, electricity, and regular cleaning services so you’ll never see another bill on top of the rent you pay for our rooms.
Excluded from our pricing are things that Practitioner’s will need to arrange, for example any paid marketing, PI & PL insurances and upkeep of industry accreditations, any specialist equipment, waste containers or linens that may be required to perform your modality (we do have massage tables available upon request at no extra charge).

We have a number of different pricing options to suit various Practitioner needs and wants to individual business models. Prices vary from minimum half day rental, to daily, weekly, monthly and on a permanent basis. We currently offer a range of discounts for those Practitioners looking for semi to long term room usage. Practitioners are responsible to leave rooms to the same high-quality cleanliness when they leave as when they arrive. This mutual showing of respect allows Dynamic Wellness Hub to offer the best standard to each of your clients and provide the best environment to operate your practice. Included in your commitment is ensuring a neat and tidy space, bins are emptied from the room, doors closed and blinds drawn. These commitments are more prevalent where a room is rented by a Practitioner for a period less than full time, as rooms rented full time are booked solely for that Practitioner and are not shared during that booking period. We also have regular cleaning in place to maintain broader room cleanliness and hygiene.

Our rooms are all separate and private, featuring privacy glass and curtains as well. The walls between each room are insulated although not soundproof but go a long way to blocking out noise from the immediate environment. The main reception area is a common area with a hallway that adjoins our treatment rooms, bathroom and kitchen.
Yes, each room has new and maintained split system air conditioning units in them – cool in the summer months and warm in the winter.
