Dynamic Wellness Hub has health and wellbeing modalities covering the significant majority of services available, thus we know we’ll have you covered. We provide access to mature and experienced healthcare Practitioners and suggest you take the time to read their profiles and try one or more of them out to suit the remediation you’re looking for, be it related to physical, cosmetic or mental health.

There are two ways:

  1. Clients can book through our website’s secure booking management system – Mindbody. Simply select the service and Practitioner you would like to see, the date and time that works best for you and fill in the required information. Payment wont be taken at the time of booking and will be taken on the day with your Practitioner. Once the appointment is confirmed you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
  2. Alternatively clients can book directly with their Practitioner, via their email or phone number on their profile page.

We are located at the intersection of Condamine Street and Sydney Road in Balgowlah, near the adjacent opposite corner to Stockland Shopping Centre (see us on Google Maps). Parking is available on both Condamine Street and Sydney Road or inside the Stockland Shopping Centre.

Bookings through Mindbody will have payments taken at the time of booking. Bookings made direct with your Practitioner will be taken on the day by your Practitioner, along with any private health care processing they offer e.g. HICAPS.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If this is the case, please contact your Practitioner via their mobile or email as soon as possible.
This will depend on your Practitioner, but most will require you to fill in a pre-appointment questionnaire. Your Practitioner will inform you of this once the booking is confirmed or during your first appointment.

The appointment times are clearly set out by the individual Practitioners. Please visit their service page to contact them or confirm directly in our booking system, Mindbody.

If booked through our booking management system, Mindbody, we’ll send you an email reminder 48 hours before the appointment. We recommend in any case that you let your Practitioner know as soon as possible and to rearrange a time with them directly via their email or mobile number.
You don’t need a referral to make a booking with one of our Practitioner’s however each Practitioner may have their own requirement for you to come with a referral, thus we suggest you discuss this with us and we can advise you.
Yes of course, client’s have access to the same bathroom, kitchen and reception amenities as our staff! Feel free to sit back and read a magazine or make yourself a cup of tea while you wait for your appointment. We also have filtered water available and offer free bottle refills
Yes, most Dynamic Wellness Hub Practitioners offer private health fund rebates. Please check with us if you have a specific enquiry and your personal health fund to find out specific details.
